Design & Development
Structure review, material suggestions and specification setting, taking a product from an idea to something that can be produced.
Sampling & Artwork
Colors and functions are confirmed on physical samples and approved artwork; mass production is scheduled after approval.
Custom Manufacturing
Size, color, metal fittings, hot foil stamping and inner pages are adjusted by item and by requirement.
Quality & Testing
Products are sent for third-party testing, and reports are kept on file by item. For projects that need batch traceability, the method is agreed before ordering.
